  • Reliable transportation and the ability to commute throughout the North Brampton, South Caledon, Bolton, Orangeville, and surrounding service area

  • A valid Vulnerable Sector Check or willingness to obtain one

  • A mobile device with access to email and required company applications

  • Availability primarily Monday to Friday between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., with flexibility for occasional on-call or weekend work

  • Appropriate clothing and footwear for safe, professional, hands-on work

  • A willingness to complete ONESource onboarding, training, and required safety procedures

Previous moving, packing, caregiving, hospitality, customer service, or senior-support experience is an asset, but not required—we will provide training.

Hours, Travel, and Pay

Hours vary with client demand, generally 15 to 35 per week. This is a true part-time role, and applicants should be comfortable with some week-to-week variation as the business grows. For each shift you will be told whether to report to the depot or directly to a client location. Paid time begins at your reporting location, and travel between job sites during a shift is paid.

Move Assistants start at $20 per hour. Strong performers can also grow into Team Leader roles (higher rate, full G driver's licence required).
